Riojan Health Service Condemned for Patient's Death Due to Delayed Aneurysm Treatment
A Spanish court has condemned the Riojan Health Service for medical malpractice, ordering it to pay 104,722 euros for the death of a patient whose aneurysm treatment was delayed for eight years, plus an additional 65,000 euros in late payment interest.
