Japanese Parliamentary Committee Cancelled Due to Chairman's Tardiness

A House of Representatives committee in Japan was unable to convene because its chairman, Hiroaki Saito of the Liberal Democratic Party, was late for a preceding board meeting. The explanation of a bill to make high school tuition free has been postponed.
