JUI-F chief Fazl warns against creating new provinces without public consent

JUI-F chief Fazlur Rehman has cautioned against the creation of new provinces in Pakistan without the explicit consent of the public, stating that the state's authority has diminished in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.
