Drone Fragments Fall in Tulcea, Romania, F-16s Scrambled After Russian Attacks

Drone fragments have fallen in Tulcea County, Romania, specifically in Plauru, following new Russian attacks on civilian targets in Ukraine near the border. Two F-16 jets were scrambled from Fetești, and RO-Alert messages were issued to the population.
