Irish Family Accuses Luxembourg Authorities of Gross Negligence in Sister's Death

An Irish family has accused Luxembourg authorities of "gross negligence" following their sister's death six years ago, after the prosecutor's office declined further investigation into the death, which was ruled a suicide.
