BiH House of Peoples Approves Law Changes for Civil Servant Pay Raises

The House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina has adopted amendments to a law, enabling state civil servants to receive pay raises even if the budget has not been approved.
