New Regulations for School Breakfasts and Snacks in Spain
Spain's Ministry of Consumer Affairs has for the first time regulated school breakfasts and snacks, prohibiting cookies, pastries, and packaged juices, and mandating the inclusion of milk, natural fruit, whole grains, and proteins.
