EU Ambassador states Russia cannot dictate terms to end Ukraine war

EU Ambassador to Ukraine Katarina Mathernova asserted that Russia must realize it cannot dictate the terms to end the war. She emphasized that Russia should agree to conclude the conflict on mutually acceptable terms, as the war increasingly reaches a deadlock for the Kremlin.
