Italy to command Aspides mission to escort merchant shipping

(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 10 - Italy will assume command of the EU's Aspides naval force next week, with the ship Rizzo, currently in the Red Sea off the coast of Yemen, to safely escort European merchant shipping.
