Aggressive Children Overwhelm Luxembourg's School System

Violence and overwhelming situations are increasing in Luxembourg's schools, according to the new president of the National Parents' Representation, Carla Carvalho. She calls for greater prevention efforts and equal opportunities to address the challenges posed by aggressive children.
