Serbian Forestry Professor Criticizes Resource Saving Practices

Professor Slobodan Milanović of the University of Belgrade's Faculty of Forestry stated that Serbia's practice of saving resources ultimately leads to higher costs, particularly in the context of responding to summer forest fires.
