Momčilo Sovilj će ipak biti smenjen sa mesta načelnika Policijske uprave u Novom Sadu. Prema dobro obaveštenim izvorima Danasa iz MUP-a njemu je direktno zamereno to što je dozvolio hapšenje Gorskog Matovića, koji je trenutno u pritvoru, jer je tukao studente na protestu u Novom Sadu ispred Srpskog narodnog pozorišta u Novom Sadu.
