Dortmund captain Can out for season with ACL tear

Borussia Dortmund captain Emre Can will miss the remainder of the season after scans confirmed he tore his ACL in Saturday's 3-2 home loss to Bayern Munich. Can joined Dortmund from Juventus in 2020 and was promoted to captain ahead of the 2023-24 season but his current contract at the club expires in the summer.
