Radonjić Emphasizes Need for Complete Constitutional Court in Montenegro

An advisor to the President of Montenegro, Radonjić, expressed deep belief that Ambassador Sattler's latest appeal will encourage political actors in the Parliament to complete the Constitutional Court as soon as possible.
