Kenya's IEBC Considers Expanding Prisoner Voting Rights

Kenya's Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) is mulling over proposals to allow prisoners to vote in elections for Members of Parliament, governors, and other positions, beyond their current right to vote only for president.
