Portuguese GNR Dismantles Large Tobacco Smuggling Network
Portugal's GNR (National Republican Guard) has dismantled a major tobacco smuggling network, seizing 635kg of chewing tobacco and 72kg of dried poppy, with the illicit trade estimated to have cost the state 380 million euros in taxes.
