Helmets and Yellow Vests Now Mandatory for Scooter Users in Paris

Authorities in Paris and its inner suburbs have made helmets and yellow vests mandatory for scooter users, effective immediately, in response to a rise in fatal accidents. Violators of the new regulation will face a fine of 135 euros.
