Criminal Charges Filed Against Two Individuals for Wallet Theft in Rožaje

Criminal charges have been filed against two individuals in Rožaje, Montenegro, following the theft of a wallet. A minor was detained on the order of the state prosecutor after information was collected in the presence of parents.
