ECtHR Rules Russia Responsible for Killing and Torture of Georgian POWs in 2008
The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) ruled that Russia violated human rights in connection with eight Georgian prisoners of war during the 2008 conflict, including national hero Giorgi Antsukhelidze.
