DCI to Record Students Involved in School Arson and Anarchy in Kenya

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) will maintain records of students implicated in school arson attacks and other acts of anarchy, following incidents that have resulted in 18 deaths and the destruction of numerous educational institutions.
