Spanish Supreme Court Annuls Automatic Residency Permit Denial Based on Criminal Records
Spain's Supreme Court has partially upheld an appeal from several associations, ruling that criminal records cannot automatically prevent family members from obtaining residency permits. The court also removed other restrictions related to minors in the new immigration regulations.
