EU Pledges to Pay Ukraine Loan Despite Hungarian Blockade

Ursula von der Leyen stated that the EU will pay Ukraine's loan 'one way or another' after Hungary blocked the credit. The UN General Assembly also expressed support for Ukraine, and Naftogaz halted a gas facility in Kharkiv after an attack.
