Amazon and USPS reach new delivery deal, Amazon to cut package volume
After a year of negotiations, Amazon and the U.S. Postal Service have reached a new agreement on deliveries. Under the tentative deal, Amazon will reduce the volume of packages it ships through the Postal Service by 20 percent, preserving a crucial income source for the agency.
