The Los Angeles Lakers unveiled a statue to legendary coach Pat Riley earlier this week, honoring the man who created Showtime and led them to four NBA titles in the ’80s. It was a fitting tribute to one of the best coaches of all time, and unlike some other recent NBA statues that shall not be named, this one was actually a fantastic likeness of the man it represented.
