Father and Son Arrested After Fatal Hit-and-Run in Albania
Police in Tirana, Albania, have arrested a father and son in connection with a fatal hit-and-run accident on July 23, which killed a 74-year-old woman. The son allegedly helped repair the vehicle to cover up the incident.
