Deadline Nears for State Award Nominations in Czech Republic

Citizens in the Czech Republic have until Tuesday to submit their nominations to the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate for this year's state awards, which will be bestowed by President Petr Pavel.

Lidé mohou ještě v úterý navrhnout Sněmovně a Senátu letošní kandidáty na státní vyznamenání, která bude udělovat nebo propůjčovat prezident Petr Pavel. Podrobnosti ke způsobu nominací jsou uvedeny jak na sněmovním webu, tak na senátních internetových stránkách. Loni Sněmovna navrhla prezidentovi 138 kandidátů, Senát se shodl na 87 návrzích.
