Irish OPW Spends €22,000 on Tender for Unfunded Science Centre

Ireland's Office of Public Works (OPW) spent €22,000 on a tender for a new Children’s Science Centre in Dublin, despite having no funding to build the facility, which was promised over 23 years ago.
