Montenegro Human Rights Protector Reports on Citizen Complaints

The Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms in Montenegro released a report detailing citizen complaints in 2025, primarily concerning violations of civil rights, discrimination, economic, social, cultural, and child rights, as well as the right to a fair trial. The report noted that 47 foreign citizens also sought assistance for rights violations.
