Delegation Reminds Leganés that Aid to Venezuela is Channeled Through FEMP

The Delegation has reminded the municipality of Leganés that aid to Venezuela must be channeled through the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), after the mayor had sought direct assistance from the central government.
