Departing Drug Commissioner László Horváth Joins Hungarian Parliament

László Horváth, the outgoing drug commissioner, will take the seat in the Hungarian parliament previously offered to three-time Olympic water polo champion Zoltán Szécsi, who declined for personal reasons.
