Nepal Plans Border Early-Warning System Rebuild After Deadly Floods Kill Over 1,200

Following a catastrophic glacier collapse and flash floods that killed more than 1,200 people, Nepalese officials announced plans to reconstruct a critical early-warning system along the Chinese border. Authorities are also expanding DNA testing programs to identify thousands of unclaimed victims.
