Court Reinstates Anesthesiologist Who Filmed Patients in Tetovo Hospital
A court has reinstated an anesthesiologist from the Tetovo hospital who was previously convicted for filming female patients. Although initially sentenced to 15 months in prison and stripped of his license for seven years, the prison sentence was later reduced to three months, and courts found insufficient legal basis for permanent license revocation.
