Lithuanian Ministry of National Defense proposes transparent defense procurement

The Ministry of National Defense in Lithuania proposes measures to ensure more transparent public procurement in the defense sector. This includes establishing an inter-institutional procurement commission, strengthening internal audit procedures, and reviewing the functions of 74 purchasing organizations.
