Dismissal proceedings launched: Soldier who sang about Draza Mihailovic on sick leave
Montenegro’s Ministry of Defence and Armed Forces have launched proceedings against two soldiers after a video surfaced showing one of them singing songs dedicated to Chetnik commander Draza Mihailovic while raising three fingers.
