Drastic Decline in Cargo Traffic at Latvian Ports and Railways

Latvia has seen a significant drop in cargo traffic, with rail freight volumes decreasing by 19.6% and port cargo handling by 17.619 million tons in the first seven months of the year compared to the same period in 2025.

Drastiškai krito krovinių srautas Latvijos uostuose ir geležinkeliuose

Geležinkelių krovinių vežimo apimtis Latvijoje per septynis šių metų mėnesius, palyginti su atitinkamu 2025 m. laikotarpiu, sumažėjo 19,6 proc. ir sudarė 4,02 mln. tonų. Per šių metų septynis mėnesius Latvijos uostuose buvo perkrauta 17,619 mln. tonų krovinių, tai yra 10,4 proc. mažiau nei per atitinkamą praėjusių metų laikotarpį. Tokius duomenis pateikia Transporto ministerija.
