Driver with Bans Arrested, Accomplice Wanted by German Authorities

Polish police apprehended a 39-year-old man driving despite two court bans, who attempted to flee and dragged an officer. Subsequently, his 30-year-old friend, who arrived to collect the vehicle, was found to be wanted by German services.
