Drought Dries Up River Tributaries in Czech Republic's Olomouc Region

Severe drought conditions have left several streams and rivers in the Olomouc region completely dry, turning riverbeds into stony paths and wiping out aquatic life. Scientists warn that restoring the affected ecosystems will take weeks to months after water returns.
