Drunk and Drugged Driver Fined €4000 in Zagreb

A 54-year-old man was stopped in Novi Zagreb for not wearing a seatbelt and was subsequently found to be driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs (amphetamine, cocaine) without a valid license, resulting in a fine of over €4000.
