Poland signs SAFE agreement, opens credit line
Poland has signed the SAFE agreement, which, according to government plenipotentiary Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka, establishes a credit line rather than an immediate loan. Sobkowiak-Czarnecka clarified the nature of the agreement, stating that Poland has not yet taken out a loan.
