One Third of Skilling Scheme Trainees Remain Unplaced in India

A panel has revealed that a third of trainees under a skilling scheme remain unplaced, also questioning the performance of Rural Self Employment Training Institutes (RSETIs) where only 4.5 million of 6.2 million trained beneficiaries were settled in self-employment.
