Cosmetics giant Estée Lauder Companies is taking legal action against British perfumer Jo Malone for using her name in a collaboration with retail chain Zara, alleging unauthorized use after acquiring her brand and name rights in 1999. Malone is being sued for using her own name in the collaboration.
