US consulate in Dubai reportedly hit by drones, witnesses say

Smoke was seen rising from an area near the U.S. consulate in Dubai, two witnesses told Reuters on Tuesday. The U.S. State Department did not immediately return a request from Reuters for comment. Reports suggest that the US embassy in the Al Seef area had been hit and that the strike was not intercepted.
