Jail official targeted in Project South alleged murder plot denies planting weapon in cell

The senior corrections officer targeted in an alleged murder plot that sparked the Project South investigation denied planting a weapon in the cell of an inmate, as he testified Wednesday in response to that inmate's Charter breach application, which the jail official described as "a further platform to victimize me."
