Banca Transilvania Provides Largest Financing for Pavăl Holding's Carrefour Romania Acquisition

Carrefour announced an agreement with Pavăl Holding for the sale of Carrefour Romania for €830 million, a transaction authorized by the Competition Council. Banca Transilvania has provided the financing for this acquisition, calling it the largest in its history.
