Scaling up primary healthcare could save 60 million lives by 2030, WHO estimates

The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that strengthening primary healthcare systems globally could save up to 60 million lives by 2030. Ghana's Health Minister highlighted this as the country rolls out its Free Primary Healthcare initiative.
