Portuguese State Reacquires Stake in Energy Grid Operator REN

The Portuguese state has re-entered the capital of REN, the Portuguese electricity grid operator, by purchasing a 13.7% stake from Pontegadea Inversiones, the investment arm of Zara owner Amancio Ortega.
