Vietnam plans to reclaim sea and build artificial islands off Phu Quoc

Vietnam's An Giang Province is pushing ahead with plans to reclaim approximately 4,500 hectares of sea and construct artificial islands along its southwestern coastline, in what would rank among the country's most ambitious land reclamation efforts.
