Helsinki Police Officer Fined for Accidental Shooting Through Patrol Car Window

A Helsinki police officer has been fined for the careless use of a weapon after accidentally firing a loaded service weapon through the window of a police car during practice. The officer had forgotten to check if the weapon was loaded.
