Uber Found Liable for Driver's Sexual Assault on Passenger
A federal jury has found Uber liable for the actions of one of its drivers who sexually assaulted a passenger, ordering the company to pay $5,000. This marks the second time a jury has held Uber responsible for a driver's sexual misconduct.
