Portuguese Socialist Party's Rejected List to be Appealed to Constitutional Court

Ricardo Gonçalves, who headed an alternative list to the National Commission that was excluded by Carlos César in March, will appeal the rejection to the Constitutional Court after exhausting internal party resources.
